There used to be a fence around the exerciser, it isn't there anymore. Like all mammals if they just sit around all day, especially with bulls and stallions, they become what you call shy breeders. They just lose interest in breeding. So you exercise them. You can't turn a bull or a stallion out free to run around, so they just hook four bulls together, and they just walk around in a circle to exercise them.
